Graduation

Were getting closer and closer to graduation. My brother and I had to take a semester off to get FullTime Jobs to pay for repairs to my car we we commuting back and fourth every day from Pine Bluff Arkansas to Little Rock to school. It was about a hour to a hour and half each way. The school was pretty understanding. Pine Bluff is what you would call the hood but wasn't nothingweve lived in the hood my entire life except for Gun Barrel City the country life in Texas.Know I told you about being able to feel my way through a circuit board. I made a bet with my classmates that I would not pick up my book the entire semester and Ace the course. The graduating test was a timed test. They gave you three mother boards and one is broken and you have to find out what's wrong with it. You had 30 minutes using any and all equipment you needed. We went in, in groups of three. I walked up to my boards turned the power on turned it back off. Pulled a chip off the third board tossed it at my professor and walked out in less that two minutes. Mr. Cleversey was a good teacher but he also was the one that told me that the technology was changing so quickly that all of us better get used to the idea of being in school because we would be constantly going back to school to learn the upgrades. I was tired of school, I wanted to get married and have kids someday. I made a promise to my mother back then that I wouldn't have kids till after college. It kinda gave me a bad taste in my mouth about the business in general. Well after graduation me and a friend decided not to persue a job just yet because the school had another branch in Tampa Florida. No its not what you think but another year we could walk out with bachelor's degrees. So we decided to move down there together and room save money. Sounded good huh. Except when I got there the school wouldn't give me any more grants and they said I was maxed out on student loans. Well then OK so I packed up. I packed this time kinda quickly because Hurricane Andrew was headed straight for Florida. One of my older Brothers was living outside of Baton Rouge Louisiana in a little small town called Gonzales between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Thankfully I made it then my brother infirmed me I would have been safer if I'd stayed in Florida because Hurricane Andrew turned and know was heading straight for us. It was OK even though he lived in a trail or on the plant were he worked. He had a friend that had a brick house so we all went over there and had a Hurricane Party.
